Pam Wright (LCSW17367) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Denver University. Ms. Wright is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked for South Bay Community Services (SBCS), a non-profit organization in Chula Vista, California for over twenty five years. Chula Vista is the southernmost region of San Diego serving families down to the border of Mexico. Pam is currently the Clinical Director for SBCS and oversees all clinical services and provides clinical supervision.

Ms. Wright has over 25 years’ experience working with children, youth, and families in the community who have been exposed to, and experienced, various traumas. Ms. Wright is extremely passionate about her work and takes pride in assisting individuals to understand their experiences and life events, including trauma, and assisting them in the process of recovery and working toward a journey of healing. As a leader in her field for the past twenty years, Ms. Wright has guest taught at USC on domestic violence and trauma-informed care, and frequently works with others, through both teaching and training, in trauma informed services.

Ms. Wright also had a part-time private practice in the San Diego are and supervises for Rhombus and New Vision Counseling Center.
