Hello, I’m Lovella De La Cruz, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC15713). With a Bachelor of Science in Correctional Support Services and a minor in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Professional Clinical Counseling from the University of Phoenix, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including couples, adolescents, and adults in various group settings such as Domestic Violence treatment, Life Skills, and Anger Management. My practice focuses on helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma. I deeply understand how past experiences shape our present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, often perpetuating a cycle that impacts our daily lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion and practical strategies that address the complexities of trauma. Through personalized therapy, I aim to help clients unlock their potential to foster self-love, effective communication, and establish meaningful boundaries. This foundation supports building healthier relationships and a positive self-image.

My passion for this work stems from my personal healing journey. After seeking help many years ago, I was inspired to assist others in breaking free from their emotional struggles. It is my belief that everyone deserves to lead a fulfilling life, free from the shadows of their past.

I invite you to reach out, whether you’re facing personal challenges or simply seeking to enhance your well-being. Together, we can explore your path to recovery and happiness.
