The objective for our couples therapy is to help couples of all types — regardless of sexual orientation or marital status — to resolve problems and improve the functionality of their relationship. Reasons for a troubled relationship can include (but not limited to) communication problems, sexual difficulties, interrelation conflict, or a broad array of psychological disorders that include (but not limited to) domestic violence, alcoholism, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. Couples can lose sight of why they were drawn to each other and why they committed their lives to each other, but our goal in Rhombus Counseling is to help couples efficiently identify distress and or dissatisfaction in the relationship, learn coping skills, establish healthy boundaries between couples, and open communication that can renew the bounds of couples and restore a healthier relationship.
